Anni is fluent in Chinese Mandarin.
In 2008 Anni commenced her Articled Clerkship with a boutique firm in the CBD of Melbourne. She provided assistance to a principal lawyer, mostly in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Property, and Family Law. She has, since the completion of her clerkship, developed a strong interest in the area of Family Law and has practiced exclusively in Family Law matters.
She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2009, and she was also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia in 2010.
Anni is excellent in providing clients with solutions as to their family law issues in a timely and cost effective manner. If disputes cannot be resolved, she promotes for strong, realistic and comprehensive litigation advice to her clients in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Anni is also compassionate and caring when it comes to guiding her clients through the extremely emotional and stressful times.
Anni has represented clients in matters involving complex property settlement issues such as disputes involving family trust, parenting disputes, and complex parenting matters involving international child abduction, specifically in association with Non-Hague Convention Countries. She also expertise in matters involving allegations of child abuse and family violence.
